Can a necklace be customized into a different size?

Yes, we are able to accommodate some customizations. Please contact customer service with your request and we will try our best to fulfill your modifications. You may also make a request in the "Customer Notes" section of your order. Additional charges may apply and not all items are customizable.

Placing an Order:

How long until I receive my order?
As all of our merchandise is hand made and made to order, please allow 2-3 days prior to shipment. Most orders once shipped arrive in 2-3 days depending on the shipping address. If you need an expedited order please indicate so in the "Customer Notes" section of your order. Also, select a delivery method that will allow your item to be delivered in a fast and timely manner.

What are my shipping options and charges?
We offer shipments through UPS or United States Postal Service (USPS). All US orders over $100 come with Free Shipping. 

How are shipping charges calculated?
We've made shipping affordable to our customers across the globe by calculating flat rate shipping prices for domestic and international customers.  All items are shipped from our Dallas, Texas.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

If I haven't received my shipment, who do I contact?
Please contact us by filling out the "Contact Us" form and we will assist you in a timely manner. Or please call 713-446-2323 and we will be able to provide you with the information regarding your order.

Product Return Policy:

What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, contact customer service to let us know. Items must be returned within 14 days from receiving your order to qualify for a refund or store credit. We do not cover your return shipping costs.
